Job Description: Burger King Point of Sale Clerk are the point of contact for customers during checkout and have the crucial responsibility of providing fast and polite service... Responsibilities: • Show customers that they are valued by offering a cordial greeting as they arrive and a gracious farewell as they depart. • Handle customer payments utilizing cash registers. • As a cashier, it is your responsibility to scan the items, double-check the cost, receive the payment, and provide the buyer with change if necessary. • Procure proof of payment, returns, reservations, and cash balance alterations. • Guide customers through the complaint resolution process, provide them with relevant information, and ensure that their grievances are effectively resolved. • A tidy checkout area helps to streamline the checkout process and reduce waiting times for customers. • Monitor financial transactions on balance sheets meticulously and report any discrepancies. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Retail Cashier or in a related customer service field. • Basic PC knowledge. • Adept at operating electronic equipment, such as cash registers and point of sale terminals. • Good math skills. • The combination of effective communication and proper time management is a recipe for success. • Customer satisfactionoriented. • To be eligible, candidates must have finished high school or an equivalent program Apply Job!
