Responsibilities: • Manipulate forklifts to transport materials and products to and from designated zones within the storage facility. • Safely move and shift items onto and offloading platforms on trucks and trailers. • Establish a routine for checking the equipment every day, which includes activities like re-energizing the forklift's battery and oiling the machines to maintain their efficient operation. • Proper placement of products within the warehouse is a crucial aspect of inventory management; it ensures efficient utilization of the storage space. • Leverage RFID scanning devices to monitor changes in inventory and maintain precise records of stock levels. • Adherence to safety regulations and standards must be given utmost priority in all operations to minimize potential risks and hazards.
