Required Skills: • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining high productivity. • Proficiency in using reservation and ticketing software. • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation with rotating shifts and weekends. • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree is a plus). • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory. • Passion for the aviation industry and a commitment to our core values.
