We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Support Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities... • This position entails handling customer service and support inquiries through phone and/chat channels. • You will be responsible for researching and analyzing issues to determine the best solution for customers. • During phone interactions, address navigation questions, scheduling, assist with transactions, and answering any other customer concerns. • As a representative of the client brand, it is essential to approach customer interactions with a caring and empathetic attitude, escalating to a higher level of expertise as necessary. • Thorough documentation of all issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions is a crucial component of this role Qualifications: • Experience in customer service, technical, sales, or related fields is preferred, but not required. • Along with the skill to develop a strong relationship with clients. • The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them efficiently. • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude. • The candidate should possess exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills. Additional Requirements: • A USB headset with noise cancellation and a microphone • I5 Processor (or AMD equivalent) required (i7 processor preferred) • 4GB memory required, 8GB memory preferred • Windows 10 or 11 • Updated Security patches and Firewall • Able to complete Assessment and Background check prior to start. • Ability to complete training • Ability to work at least 20-40 hours per week.
