Required Skills • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information clearly and empathetically. • Proficiency in technology and computer systems, ensuring efficient handling of patient inquiries. • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate billing challenges effectively. • Capability to multitask and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, restaurant, or call center settings. • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
