Experienced Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service Wanted!! We offer a competitive salary and benefit package... Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities: Â Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager. Â Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries. Â Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. Â Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. Â Clarify orders as needed. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements: Â Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. Â Previous experience in pharmacy. Â LTC pharmacy experience preferred. Â Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. Â Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Â Moderate to advanced computer skills required. Â Great telephone etiquette a must.
