Key Responsibilities • Deliver personalized virtual instruction tailored to the needs of 1 elementary-level ELL student. • Design and implement lesson plans that cater to individual learning requirements. • Foster a positive, supportive, and stimulating online learning atmosphere. • Collaborate with the student’s educational team to assess progress and modify lessons as necessary. • Utilize online platforms effectively to conduct lessons and monitor student development. Required Skills • Strong instructional capabilities with a focus on elementary-level ELL students. • Proficiency in online teaching platforms and virtual learning tools. • Ability to design engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. • Competence in creating a positive and encouraging online learning environment. Qualifications • Valid Missouri teaching certification with an ESL/ELL endorsement. • Demonstrated experience in educating English Language Learners (ELL) across various grade levels. • Familiarity and comfort with online teaching platforms and virtual learning technologies. • Capacity to establish a dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. Compensation The position offers competitive hourly compensation of $35 or more, commensurate with your experience.
