Apply Job Job Title: Online Data Typist Department: Information Technology Reports To: IT Manager Summary: The Online Data Typist is responsible for entering data into computer systems and databases from home. This includes collecting, scanning, and digitizing data from a variety of sources, such as paper documents, spreadsheets, and images. The Online Data Typist must be accurate and efficient, and must be able to work independently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enter data into computer systems and databases from home Collect, scan, and digitize data from a variety of sources Maintain detailed and organized records of data entries Verify the accuracy of data entries Resolve data entry errors Work independently and meet deadlines Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in data entry Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 wpm) Attention to detail Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Internet connection Reliable computer Quiet work environment Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
