Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Pay: 21.24/hr Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Schedule: Assigned shifts vary from 7AM-8PM CT. Training hours 8AM-430PM CT Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Job Duties:  Take incoming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process.  Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.  Identify and elevate clinical inquiries to the pharmacist team as appropriate.  Other duties assigned, for example faxes, sorting, email boxes, CAS maintenance, etc. Prior Authorization Pharmacy Technician Qualifications Required Skills/Experience: · High School diploma or GED · Prior authorization experience · Call center experience If this is a great fit for you, please apply now!
