This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will coordinate with various departments to ensure that all aspects of each project are compatible and will assist in the scheduling of project meetings, deadlines, and milestones. Your role will be crucial in facilitating communication between project teams and senior management to keep projects aligned with organizational goals. An ideal candidate should be adept in managing resources, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will prepare and present regular progress reports and ensure that all project documentation is accurately maintained and compliant with company standards. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. 3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 4. Ensure resource availability and allocation. 5. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. 6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. 7. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. ### Requirements 1. Proven working experience in project management. 2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. 5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 6. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. 7.
