As a Healthcare CSR, you will conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using a provided script to deliver strategic brand messaging. Your role will involve quickly engaging and building rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to understand their needs, share accurate information, and effectively promote our client's product. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of calls in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. This position offers a unique opportunity to hone your communication and sales skills and contribute to the company's growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads in the healthcare industry. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly • Ability to work independently and to effectively overcome objections and handle rejection Additional education or experience with cold calling, sales, or marketing would be a plus!
