Loss Prevention Remote Associate (Night Shift 12 Am – 8 Am)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Assess, prioritize, and respond to incoming calls (theft, incidents, alarms) · Serves as first contact LP support to store leadership for matters related to LP · Actively engage in ongoing forensic video review to identify deviation from expectations related to shrink (internal, external, process) · Develop and conduct investigations leveraging all available business resources · Liaison with local, state, and federal LE in support of investigative needs · Supports cross functional teams within the company around investigative needs o Firearms Compliance o HR o Operations · Required to maintain detailed records of daily activities by location, activity type, and outcome · Conducts structured remote audits within assigned areas to support and enhance store operations · All other duties as assigned Qualifications: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Ability to provide direction and make sound decisions in elevated stress situations · Ability to multitask · Ability to deal with conflict in a professional manner · Knowledge of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems and Microsoft Office · Meticulous attention to detail · Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required A minimum of 1 year Loss Prevention or Security experience preferred Travel Requirements: This position does not require travel.
