Responsibilities • Accurately enter and update data into the company's database. • Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness. • Conduct regular audits of the database to identify and correct errors. • Collaborate with various departments to gather and manage data requirements. • Assist in generating reports and extracting data for analysis. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. • Provide support in the development of data entry procedures and best practices. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred. • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. • Familiarity with data entry software and database systems. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
