Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. • Document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference. • Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues as needed. • Monitor customer feedback and communicate trends to management. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
