Payroll Assistant - REMOTE USA BASED ONLY

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities are straightforward: You will receive multiple employee payment checks from the company’s Accountant. Your task is to print these checks and deliver them using FedEx. All necessary FedEx account details and shipping instructions will be provided to you. Your role is limited to printing the checks and ensuring they are dropped off at FedEx for delivery to the appropriate recipients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a payroll assistant or similar role is a plus
  • You must own a printer or be willing to acquire one. Reimbursement for the cost will be provided.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and related regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
