Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Utilize Sales tools to manage customer accounts effectively.
• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored insurance services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and execution of client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support account management efforts.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have the resources needed for success.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers professionally.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and improve service delivery.
• Experience with sales processes is a plus, as it helps in understanding client needs better.
