Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified leads provided at NO COST to you.
• Utilize our industry-leading Salesforce CRM to manage and track all sales activities.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (remote experience is a plus).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software (training provided).

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
