Job description: About UsESA is an upcoming contact center hiring sales agents to join our growing team! If you have previous experience in collection, auto sales, insurance, or cold calling then you will be a perfect fit! We require a minimum of 1 year of contact center SALES experience and qualified candidates must have intermediate computer skills. We offer a competitive hourly pay, $15.00/hour plus commission opportunity. This job can be done remotely from any location in the following states, LA, GA, FL, TX, MS, KY, RI, NC, and AL.As a Sales Representative, you will present a memorable customer experience by using needs-based selling strategies—listening, probing, and educating—to determine the customer's needs and choose the best products and services for them and their fur babies.We want to ensure that all applicants have a fair and equal chance, so we're using a TestGorilla assessment (https://www.testgorilla.com). - Place outbound calls to customers who have visited the website
- Selling services and upselling products to the customers on every call
- Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
- Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with creating and completing a profile
- A high school diploma
- Leadership
- At least one (1) year experience in call center (direct) sales experience
- Cold calling, negotiation skills, high call volume experience
- Adaptability, good time-management, decision-making skills
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet metrics
- Must pass a criminal background check

- We offer a competitive hourly pay, $15.00/hour plus commission opportunity.
- Uncapped commission opportunity based on performance and paid biweekly
- Must be able to attend training for 3 weeks 9 am – 6:30 pm CST Monday – Friday.
- ESA is open 7 days a week 9 am to 9 pm CST.. You MUST be willing to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Must have a designated work area free from noise and distraction
- Must have high-speed internet at all times while employed
