In this role, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention training to our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they can manage challenging behaviors safely and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver crisis intervention training programs for RBTs, focusing on de-escalation strategies, behavior management, and safety techniques.Ensure all training complies with industry best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing professional development to RBTs in crisis management.Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement and refine safety protocols.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed.Qualifications:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).Certified in crisis intervention and safety training (required).Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams and RBTs.If you are a BCBA with a passion for safety and training, we want to hear from you!
