PT Customer Escalations Phone Agent - Remote

U-Haul International is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused PT Customer Escalations Phone Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. As a member of our customer service team, you’ll help resolve complex issues while ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalated customer inquiries through phone support, offering solutions to complex issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a focus on resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability for part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends.
