Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is an advantage
