  • Manage logistics and scheduling for field retail operations
  • Handle client communication and team coordination with confidence
  • Assist with basic HR functions: onboarding, recruiting, and supporting team needs
  • Source, screen, and recruit new team members as needed
  • Use digital platforms and project trackers to stay on top of tasks
  • Balance multiple priorities with precision, urgency, and professionalism
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and field teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate in various formats with merchandisers (phone, computer, text)
