As a Real Estate Agent, you will utilize the latest technology to promote your listings, track leads, and stay connected with clients after the sale. You will engage with a wealth of quality leads, having full access to a pool of brokerage prospects. You will have the chance to make a significant impact as a RE/MAX agent, mastering the market by advising clients on the housing market and when it is appropriate to buy. You will provide expert buyer/seller counseling, evaluate and help clients understand their budgets, and inform property owners of potential damage. Networking and prospecting will be key components of your job, as you will work closely with Mortgage Brokers, other Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, Lawyers, and Lenders. Additionally, you will be responsible for transaction negotiation, preparing documentation for property closing, leasing, and other contracts, as well as showcasing listings by gathering properties of interest to your clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.

• Michigan real estate license or certification required.
