Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and live chat. ? Provide accurate information regarding account management, transaction details, and company policies. ? Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner. ? Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery. ? Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies during customer interactions. ? No prior experience in customer service is required, but previous experience in financial services is a plus. ? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. ?
