What You Will Be Doing: Engaging with customers through text chats to resolve inquiries and provide information on products and services. Logging in to our chat platform to respond to texts, ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate assistance. Undergoing training to become well-versed in our offerings and chat platform functionalities. Contract Length: No fixed term. Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/Background Needed: Access to a device with internet capability to use social media and chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully. Availability of 10+ hours per week for chat support. Dependable internet connection to maintain consistent communication. Hours per Week: 10+ hours.
