Skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general Windows navigation Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple windows at once Self-starter who is comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification Ability to type 40+ words per minute Alpha and 10-key keystroke ability (8,000-10,000 kph) with 90%+ accuracy Strong attention to detail and focus to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Review final claims folders before submission to insurance companies Combine documents online and send them via electronic fax to various healthcare providers Ensure accuracy by comparing claim amounts and resolving discrepancies Answer emails from offices and insurance companies regarding claim statuses Utilize problem-solving skills to research and resolve claim inconsistencies

Qualifications
