Business Development - Entry Level

As a Business Development Trainee, you will be trained on all aspects of our client services and retail offerings to best suit market needs. No experience is necessary; our process involves hands-on training to ensure full understanding on an individual level. As a Business Development Trainee, you are at the forefront of customer acquisition for our clients in the local community. Our Business Development team prioritizes the community's needs to best understand each customer and what is important to them within their own community. By offering support, guidance, and further information, the Business Development Trainee promotes current offers and promotions, in order for our clients to aid in areas of service around the community. As a Business Development Trainee you will: ? Gain an understanding of basic business development and sales concepts ? Provide support to the customer during presentations and explanations of campaigns ? Learn self-management of customer leads and reporting to improve skills ? Develop personal performance indicators, with help of senior team members, based on personal goals Business Development Trainee Requirements: ? Availability of full time work schedule ? High School graduate, GED, or equivalent ? Strong communication skills ? Growth and development focused ? Willingness to travel (both locally and nationally) based on needs, with adequate notice ? 1-2 years of prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,000.00 per month Benefits: ?
