Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Solution Architect to join a large health insurance company. The ideal candidate will receive epic/feature assignments and general direction from the train architect. You will partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development technical leads to refine and understand requirements. Collaboration with Solution Domain Lead architects is essential to seek guidance or vet solutions impacting other domains. You will work closely with the integration architect to deliver solution artifacts such as sketches and presentations. Continuously attaining and refining business and systems subject matter expertise is crucial. Leveraging architecture patterns for solutions and creating new ones when covering new ground is expected. You will present solution sketches to various stakeholders, including the SS architect team, Infrastructure SMEs, and business representatives, for review and feedback. This person will be joining a large solution Scaled Agile framework-based program consisting of 3+ agile release trains. Primary stakeholders support our Healthcare member and provider contact centers. We are in year 7 of a multi-year journey to expand support for additional lines of business in support of our business teams mission.
