Inbound Call Center Assistant

- Answering inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assisting customers with a variety of queries, from account questions to product support
- Providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
- Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across different industries
- Logging call details, updating records, and following up where needed
- Collaborating with a supportive team to continuously improve service
What We’re Looking For:
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- Comfortable using computers and navigating systems while speaking to customers
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential—we provide full training
