You’re receptive to coaching, can meet or exceed goals, and have experience managing day-to-day scheduling operations. Plumbing, HVAC, or service industry experience is highly preferred! Responsibilities • Manage after-hours and weekend call center operations, including answering phones and scheduling service appointments. • Dispatch technicians promptly and efficiently to job sites. • Adjust technician schedules as needed to handle emergencies or last-minute changes. • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and concerns during nights, weekends, and holidays. • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues professionally and promptly. • Maintain accurate systems for documents and client records. Minimum Qualifications: • Experience in scheduling or dispatching in ServiceTitan for 1+ year(s) • Experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical Services. • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills. • Must pass a background check • You must be a resident in one of the following states • Delaware • Florida • Georgia • Indiana • Kentucky • Michigan • New Hampshire • North Carolina • Ohio • Pennsylvania • Tennessee • South Carolina • Vermont • Virginia • West Virginia TECH REQUIREMENTS: • Windows/Mac Desktop or Windows/Mac Laptop with webcam & speakers and a second monitor. • Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook & Android systems are NOT compatible • 8gb RAM or more Windows or Mac Desktop or Laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor • Supportable internet speeds and router dirctly accessible from your workspace Position Details: • Remote, part-time position. • Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays (flexibility required).
