Executive Recruiting Sourcer Employment Type: Contract Location: Fully Remote. • Pay Rate: $25-$40/hour • Contract Duration: Open-ended (long-term contract, with contractors staying on for 1+ years). Job Description: Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Executive Recruiting Sourcer to join our client’s Executive Search team. This is a long-term contract role focused on sourcing C-level and executive candidates in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate must be a true hunter with exceptional research and sourcing skills, capable of identifying and engaging passive candidates beyond traditional job postings and ATS searches. Key Responsibilities: • Leverage existing knowledge of the local and national talent market to build a pipeline of target companies and candidates. • Partner with the executive recruitment team to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and provide market insights. • Implement and execute various candidate generation techniques, staying ahead of industry trends. • Perform due diligence on candidate profiles, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines. • Source passive candidates using multiple search methods (social media, job boards, networking, Boolean searches, internet research, etc.). • Execute project-based sourcing initiatives. • Manage multiple executive-level searches simultaneously, ensuring consistent candidate outreach. • Work in collaboration with recruiters but primarily focus on sourcing rather than direct candidate interaction. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree (hard requirement). • Experience: At least 3 years of executive-level sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare. • Healthcare industry experience required. • Strong expertise in C-Level search strategy and execution. • Experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle preferred). • Must be highly polished and professional, with strong communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple searches daily and source for passive candidates effectively. • Strong research skills with the ability to uncover market intelligence and hidden talent pools. Work Environment: • Workload: Supporting 30+ executive-level searches at a time; must be able to balance priorities effectively.
