Responsibilities for a Distribution Driver: • Ensure packages are delivered intact and to the correct recipients. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries as needed. • Deliver items to customers promptly by driving a vehicle securely on the road. • Execute the actions of loading, unloading, checking, and driving a delivery vehicle while following specified routes and timeframes. • Maintain clear and productive communication with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors. • Guarantee the safe delivery of packages and their accurate distribution to the intended recipients. • Provide excellent customer assistance, addressing customer concerns as necessary.
