Social Media Content Producer

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Producer to join our client?s communications team. This role will focus on producing engaging, high-quality social media content that aligns with their corporate messaging and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with experience in content production, coordination, and light editing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, produce, and edit compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Coordinate with internal teams to align content with corporate messaging, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards. Manage content production schedules and ensure timely delivery of assets. Attend company events as needed to capture content for social media channels. Adapt creative storytelling to fit within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content strategies and improve engagement. Work closely with stakeholders across all teams, both creative non-creative) Collaborate on monthly Social Media reports, which includes but is not limited to, pulling data on campaign performance Present a portfolio of creative work showcasing expertise in social media content production.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media content production, coordination, and light editing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to work within corporate and regulatory guidelines while maintaining creativity. Ability to simplify complicated processes into digestible and engaging content Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience managing production schedules and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software). Ability to pull, synthesize, and deliver on campaign data highly preferred Ability to work in a hybrid environment (three days in-office, two days remote) with flexibility for event coverage. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
