Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Restock and arrange merchandise on shelves and displays, ensuring products are easily accessible for customers. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions at the register, including handling cash, credit, and debit card payments. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate information to customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and achieve sales goals. Assist in receiving and processing shipments of merchandise, including unpacking, labeling, and stocking shelves. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including properly handling and storing merchandise and following cash handling procedures.
