Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. ? Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. ? Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. ? Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. ? Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. ? Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS: ? Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. ? Communication and interpersonal skills. ? Organizational and multitasking abilities. ?
