Hybrid Customer Service Representative
TEKsystems is currently hiring Delinquency Control Counselors to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL! Job Description: To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government rules and regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss. Additional Skills & Qualifications ? Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls and will receive in-bound calls. ? Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120+ calls per day ? Bachelor or Associated degree with Retail or Sales Experience preferred ? Call center orientated fast pace with aggressive goals ? Computer literate-ability to work with Excel, Office Word, Outlook ? Ability to navigate multiple systems Schedule: Must be available Monday - Saturday from 10:00am - 7:30pm Pay: $17/hour Location: Pensacola FL/ hybrid schedule after training If interested, please apply here with your updated resume!
