HR Strategic Advisor- Total Rewards Strategy
Under minimal direction, acts as department lead in performing duties necessary to the delivery of best practice HR strategies and programs within their area of expertise. Essential Functions ? Plans, communicates, implements, and controls activities and/or programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and adherence to corporate HR philosophy, policies and procedures. ? For communications discipline, assists with planning and execution of communication strategies. ? Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in a related function.
