Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and make recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and techniques. Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data audits and troubleshooting. Participate in the development of data governance policies and procedures. Train and support team members in utilizing business intelligence tools and interpreting data.
