Demonstrated customer service skills. , ? Ability to work during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. , ? Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. , ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. , ? Proficient in Microsoft Office. Nice-to-haves ?
