Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: • Reconcile assigned accounts for specific vendors • Review subledger activity for proper documentation • Monitor AP sub-ledger weekly for integrity • Research outstanding aged items to reduce the companies liability • Retrieve supportive documentation from Vendor Portals • Request and review credit memo’s to reconcile with open debits in the subledger • Submit invoices to processing team • Process invoice reversals • Support Vendor inquiries as assigned • Special projects as assigned • Keep manager informed of any major concerns or issues • Other assignments and responsibilities as initiatives are rolled out Required Skills: • Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Ability to follow through with tasks to completion • Ability to prioritize key tasks EEO Statement Performance Food Group and/or its subsidiaries (individually or collectively, the "Company") provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all applicants and employees, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience or equivalent • Experience in high volume invoice environment • SAP or other ERP systems preferred • Intermediate in Excel (VLookup, pivot tables, etc.) Preferred Qualifications • College degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
