A Style Consultant's Role We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Style Consultant. Key Responsibilities
As a Style Consultant, your main responsibilities will include: Creating a Welcoming Experience Greet guests authentically and make them feel welcome Orient yourself quickly to understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact Floor Set and Product Knowledge Gain knowledge from store tools to understand key metrics, sales goals, top departments, inventory levels, and guest traffic Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized sales floor Sales Floor Operations Ensure product availability by replenishing and organizing the sales floor Create an inviting shopping environment by staying current on trends and brand guides Fitting Rooms and Personalized Recommendations Welcome, inspire, and influence guests in the fitting rooms Provide personalized recommendations to complete their look Supporting Guests Be knowledgeable about available products and services Solve issues for guests and improve their experience Maintaining a Compliance Culture Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance Work in a safe manner at all times
Requirements
