About the Role: As a Scheduling and Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in managing our daily operations. Your main role will be to ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly, facilitating coordination between our clients and our team of installers. You will handle essential tasks including call management, appointment scheduling, and coordination, all aimed at delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: • Call Management: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person. • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate appointments with installers, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered. • Appointment Management: Book client appointments and manage the service call schedule to optimize efficiency. • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed to maintain smooth workflow. Requirements: • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software. Familiarity with calendar management and CRM tools is a plus. • Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic environment. • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not essential.
