CSR 1- Call Center Bilingual
Position Title: Customer Service Representative Location: 100% Remote WFH Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Pay Rate - $14.00/hr Recruiting: State of Florida only Equipment : BYOD (Bring your own device) Reminders regarding the SOA Cover FL project: Agents must reside in the state of Florida. The criminal check must be completed prior to the start date of class. Background Status Requirement: MedScan and Criminal must be clear to start. MAXIMUS Cover FL Contact Center Project Overview: Our Contact Center provides a variety of services for Florida healthy Kids (FHK), Children's Health Insurance Program. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls from families with inquiries, answering questions and, or providing assistance on the application process, eligibility requirements and determinations, enrollment, health plans, premium payments, annual account renewals in addition to providing ongoing family account maintenance. Education/Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Background in health care, human services, or customer service. Experience in data entry and call centers. Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
