We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused Wealth Management Advisor to join our growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the financial well-being of our clients by delivering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services. As an Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their financial goals, develop customized strategies, and provide guidance to help them achieve long-term success. Responsibilities • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on their unique financial goals. • Analyze clients' financial situations and develop tailored financial plans, including retirement, investment, estate, and risk management strategies. • Provide ongoing portfolio management and conduct regular reviews to ensure client needs are met. • Work collaboratively with other advisors and team members to deliver a high standard of client service. • Stay informed about industry trends, financial markets, and economic factors that may affect clients' financial strategies. • Participate in networking, community engagement, and outreach to develop new client relationships. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related field. • Strong understanding of investment products, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
