Position Overview: The Global Clients Americas Program Manager (GCA PM) acts as a strategic security advisor to clients and provides leadership for assigned accounts. The GCA PM is responsible for the comprehensive management of account strategy, including the development and implementation of security programs that align with both Securitas and client goals, ensuring profitability and operational excellence. Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive management experience in business management or a closely related field.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Teams is advantageous.
