Overnight Stocker

Stocking Shelves: The primary responsibility of the Overnight Stocker will be to ensure that shelves are fully stocked with products at all times. This includes receiving and organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and rotating products to ensure freshness. Maintaining Store Appearance: The Overnight Stocker will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store during the overnight shift. This includes organizing and tidying shelves, cleaning spills, and ensuring aisles are clear for customers. Receiving and Unloading Deliveries: The Overnight Stocker will be responsible for receiving and unloading deliveries from trucks, checking them for accuracy, and organizing the products in the backroom for stocking. Customer Service: The Overnight Stocker will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to all customers by assisting with any questions or concerns, locating products, and offering a friendly and welcoming attitude. Following Safety Procedures: It will be the responsibility of the Overnight Stocker to follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment. This includes proper handling of equipment, following food safety regulations, and reporting any hazards or incidents. Attention to Detail: The Overnight Stocker must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that products are stocked and rotated correctly, labels are facing the right way, and shelves are organized properly. Time Management: The Overnight Stocker must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed by the end of their shift. This includes prioritizing tasks, working efficiently, and meeting deadlines. Teamwork: The Overnight Stocker will be working closely with other team members, including other stockers, cashiers, and managers. They must be able to communicate effectively and work together to ensure the store runs smoothly.
