Duties • Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. • Process sales transactions efficiently using cash registers and handle cash with precision. • Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience. • Supervise junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and another language (bilingual skills preferred). • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
