Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend our Kubernetes platform
• Improve Performance & Reliability of our production platform
• Ensure proper observability of the production systems
• Assist with database and service performance tuning
• Collaborate with Development Engineers on the impacts of new features
• Identify architecture bottlenecks and work with Engineering on new solutions
• Collaborate with Support on operational runbooks

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years Kubernetes
• Terraform
• OCI (Oracle Cloud) required, multi-cloud experience preferred
• Container lifecycle
• Programming Go, Python or similar
• Database optimization
• Network level troubleshooting

Education and Experience

• At least 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience preferred    Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• GCP / GKE much preferred.
