Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier and Security to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing transactions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, handling cash register operations, and maintaining a well-stocked sales floor. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 Responsibilities • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and purchases. • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash. • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. • Assist in training new staff members on POS systems and customer service protocols. Skills • Strong knowledge of retail sales practices and customer service principles. • Experience with cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable. • Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and change calculation. • Ability to perform retail math for inventory management tasks. • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
