We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role is essential for ensuring that our records are precise and up-to-date, supporting the overall operations of the organization. The Data Entry Clerk will also assist in research data collection and contribute to administrative tasks as needed. This is a temporary part-time position (3-4 months). Duties • Transcribe information from various sources into designated systems and databases. • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Computerize and organize data to facilitate easy access and retrieval. • Conduct research for data collection purposes, ensuring that all information is relevant and accurate. • Maintain organized records of all data entries and updates. • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies. • Assist with administrative tasks as required, supporting overall office operations. Requirements • Proficient in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy. • Familiarity with various database systems and software applications. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Basic math skills for verifying numerical entries. • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
